New Businesses and Constructions

All new businesses and construction of new buildings in PCWRA’s service area (Town of Castle Rock, Castle Pines Metropolitan District, Castle Pines North Metropolitan District, Silver Heights Water and Sanitation District and the Castleton Center Water and Sanitation District) are required to complete and submit the Industry Information Questionnaire. This is a preliminary application and additional application(s) may be required.

Fats, Oils & Grease (FOG) Program

In an effort to maintain and protect PCWRA’s wastewater treatment plant and the wastewater collections system, PCWRA has developed a Fats, Oils & Grease (FOG) Program to provide education and increase awareness to the operators of local food service establishments and their employees. PCWRA has developed a Policy Guidance Manual for food service establishments in order to provide a greater understanding of the program. Additional documents relative to the FOG Program are listed below: 
Petroleum, Oil, Grease & Sand (POGS) Program

In an effort to maintain and protect PCWRA’s wastewater treatment plant and the wastewater collections system, PCWRA has developed a Petroleum, Oil, Grease & Sand (POGS) Program to provide education and increase awareness to the operators of facilities such as, but not limited to: auto shops, fleet services and carwashes. PCWRA has developed a Policy Guidance Manual for facilities that have the potential to produce POGS materials in order to provide a greater understanding of the program. Additional documents relative to the POGS Program are listed below:
